We strive to create the most delicious bakes our guests have ever experienced. Quality and freshness are our primary goals when shipping our delectable morsels to your post boxes and doors.

Chef Alex is the center of the baking operation, with more than 20 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry.

He has spent countless hours in the kitchens of ultra-luxury clubs & resorts, boutique hotels, full-service senior living communities, Michelin starred & private restaurants, beautiful catering venues, and corporate dining establishments.

Devin's zeal to create is what drives our daily operations and our ever-expanding catalogue of unique & handcrafted gifts.

He is incredibly passionate about tap dancing, and has spent the past 20 plus years working professionally as a tap instructor & choreographer for the theater and competitive dance communities of the San Francisco Bay Area, Silicon Valley, and the Monterey Peninsula.

Devin has also worked for more than 13 years in social services, helping people with developmental disabilities live their lives to the fullest.

Tallulah Jean Fontanilla
Tallulah soaking up the California sun while her Papa Devin is at tap class.
Our bakery's name was inspired by Devin's lovable and vigilant service dog, Tallulah Jean. Tallulah (or Lu as she's known when she's not on duty) was rescued by the Humane Society of Silicon Valley before being adopted by Chef Alex in 2016.

Tallulah was personally trained by Chef Alex to be Devin's service dog after an unexpected health event in 2020. Her astounding empathy & keen intellect made it clear that she was truly born into her role as Devin's helper. She adores being the center of attention as long as she's with her Papa Devin.
